Senior Manager – ESG & Impact – Advisory
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven qualified to support the growth of our ESG Advisory practice. The role will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, originating new opportunities, and leading the execution of ESG, sustainability, climate, impact, and responsible finance advisory assignments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to position ESG as a value-creating proposition.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Origination Build and manage a strong pipeline across corporates, NBFCs, banks, and DFIs Drive outreach, meetings, and conversion of ESG advisory mandates Track and respond to RFPs/bids in the ESG space Contribute to revenue generation and achieve BD targets 2. Client Engagement
Build and manage relationships with CXOs, sustainability teams, and investors Understand client needs and position relevant ESG solutions Support proposals, pitch decks, and commercial discussions 3.



Market Development & Partnerships
Identify and drive partnerships with industry bodies and ecosystem players Contribute to thought leadership (reports, roundtables, events) Track market trends, regulations, and competitor landscape 4. Advisory Project Management
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of advisory assignments. Provide strategic guidance on ESG strategy, sustainability frameworks, impact management, climate risk, sustainable finance, and responsible business practices. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, quality assurance, and timely delivery. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. Key Skills & Competencies
MBA / CA / Post-Graduate from a Tier 1 institute 8–10 years of experience in corporate banking, consulting, or financial services, with exposure to mid and large corporates Demonstrated track record in originating and closing mandates, with the ability to engage confidently w
