Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA Articles Assistant role based in Bengaluru. The Articles Assistant will support audit engagements, including vouching, verification of ledgers, documentation, and preparation of working papers under the supervision of seniors and partners. Responsibilities include assisting in statutory, tax, and internal audits, preparing tax computations,



supporting the filing of returns, and helping with compliance for direct and indirect taxes. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, preparing basic financial statements, and supporting management reporting and reconciliations. The Articles Assistant will also coordinate with clients to collect information, respond to queries, and ensure timely completion of assignments while adhering to professional and firm standards. Qualifications
Registered as a CA student with ICAI and eligible to commence or continue articleship training. Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic audit concepts. Working knowledge or willingness to learn direct and indirect tax laws, including income tax and GST compliance.
