6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri) What You'll Do
Patient & Provider Support
Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures Resolve concerns empathetically and escalate when needed Appointment Scheduling
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently Coordinate with providers and handle scheduling conflicts Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation Administrative Support
Update CRM/EHR systems with precision Support patient outreach and internal coordination What We're Looking ForExperience: 1–2 years in customer service (Healthcare preferred)
Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM, EHR systems & MS Office
Core Strengths: Empathy, attention to detail, problem-solving mind
