Job Statement




OM Planner responsibility is to manage end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with customers,
sales, production, procurement, logistics, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery, optimize
inventory, and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Functionally for order processing, planning, procurement coordination, supplier capacity assessment,
and data-driven reporting to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and supply chain alignment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Order Processing through CRM & ERP systems
· Booking of customer orders in CRM (Salesforce) & ERP (EPICOR) systems.
· Making sure the systems runs MRP after processing.
Order Terms & Conditions response
· Review of PO T& C and preparation of responses.
· Ensure accuracy of order data and compliance.
Internal Co-ordination
· Cross-communication with CFT's to prepare the response of T& C
· Making sure the child parts has booked & order sent to suppliers
