Role Overview
We are seeking a Distribution Manager to set up and scale Atica's distribution vertical from scratch. This is a high-ownership role where you will design processes, build relationships with demand partners, manage a small team, and directly influence Atica's growth in the US hospitality market.
The right candidate is proactive,



entrepreneurial, and has high agency and urgency. They must also bring solid communication skills to engage confidently with senior US hotel stakeholders and demand partners, and ideally have email marketing expertise to strengthen Atica's outreach and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Vertical Setup & Strategy
Build the Distribution vertical from the ground up, establishing SOPs, systems, and best practices. Identify, evaluate, and segment demand partners (OTAs, RFP platforms, distribution channels) into Tier 1 / Tier 2 / niche categories. Establish virtual connects with demand partners to explore opportunities, negotiate priorities, and align on hotel-specific fit.
