We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to drive business growth and market development for our Solar Mounting Structure products across the Indian solar sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in both sales and marketing of solar mounting structures for rooftop and utility-scale projects, along with robust industry connections within the solar ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
•Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
•Identify and develop opportunities in rooftop and utility-scale solar projects.
•Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into orders.
•Build and maintain relationships with Solar EPCs, project developers, contractors, consultants, distributors, and channel partners.
•Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and techno-commercial discussions.
•Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
•Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.




•Monitor customer satisfaction and support payment follow-ups.
Marketing & Market Development
•Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
•Identify target customers, market segments, and growth opportunities.
•Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing trends, and upcoming solar projects.
•Support participation in industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
•Prepare product presentations, marketing materials, case studies, and promotional content.
•Work closely with management to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
•Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and business reports.
Qualifications & Experience
•5–15 years of experience in Solar Mounting Structures, Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, or related industries.
•Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or mark
