Role Overview
Acts as the single point of ownership for the entire lifecycle marketing mandate for a consumer durable brand, spanning discovery, consideration, conversion, and CRM. Drives execution, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence while serving as the primary client-facing lead.
Strategic Responsibilities
Translate business goals into integrated lifecycle plans across SEO, performance media, content, and CRM (Mo Engage/Adobe) Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, lifecycle stage, and campaign needs Ensure alignment between brand objectives, marketing execution, and lifecycle programs Maintain a holistic view of the customer journey across touchpoints Execution & Delivery Ownership (Core)
Own end-to-end execution across search, media, content, CRM, and analytics Manage integrated campaign and lifecycle calendars Break down initiatives into clear deliverables across teams Ensure readiness of creatives, content, campaigns,



and audience/data Drive go-live coordination across all functions Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management (Critical)
Act as the primary SPOC for the client Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams (product, brand, CRM, media, tech, analytics) Translate requirements into explicit briefs and execution plans Drive alignment, decision-making, and proactive communication People & Team Management
Lead cross-functional teams across media, CRM, content, creative, and analytics Drive accountability, collaboration, and role clarity Ensure seamless coordination between onsite and offsite teams Process & Governance
