Key Responsibilities
Drive advertising sales revenue through corporate clients, media agencies, and direct brands. Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media planners, and decision-makers. Identify recent business opportunities across digital, events, and branded content solutions. Prepare sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and media plans as per client requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Coordinate with internal editorial, marketing, creative, and operations teams for smooth campaign execution. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Ensure timely collections and account management for assigned clients. Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings. Key Skills Required
3 -5 yrs Strong experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Sales. Good network with advertising agencies and corporate clients in Pune. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



Understanding of digital, branded content, and integrated advertising solutions. Target-driven with strong business development capabilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver revenue growth. Proficiency in MS Office, sales reporting, and CRM tools. Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from Media, Digital Publishing will be preferred.
