Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment for clinical & non-clinical roles • HR documentation – offers, onboarding, exits • Drafting & implementing HR policies & SOPs from scratch • Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.) • Employee relations, engagement & leadership support
Requirements: • Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business Administration • 6–10+ years of healthcare HR experience (mandatory) • Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance • Hospital/Healthcare Management qualification
