We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Front Office Executive to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and visitors. Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling Manage incoming calls, patient inquiries, and appointment coordination Maintain accurate patient records and front desk documentation Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counselors, and billing teams for seamless patient flow Assist patients with billing, insurance, and payment processes Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and patient-friendly Guide patients regarding consultations, diagnostics, surgeries, and hospital services Handle walk-ins, emergency cases,



and patient concerns calmly and efficiently Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital protocols Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline 1–3 years of front office/reception experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage) Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hospital management software/MS Office Good organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, eye hospital, or diagnostic center operations Knowledge of appointment systems, billing, and insurance coordination Ability to manage patient interactions empathetically in a fast-paced workplace What We Offer Professional and growth-oriented work environment Exposure to advanced eye care operatio
