Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, addressing inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience. The role also involves supporting customer service initiatives, handling receptionist duties,
and collaborating with the team to promote sales and client satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong skills in Guest Relations and Customer Service to provide exceptional experiences and address client queries proactively. Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, for effective interaction with guests and team members. Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing front desk operations, scheduling, and attending to administrative tasks. Understanding of Sales processes and client engagement techniques to support customer outreach and relationship building. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, multitask, and deliver results in a dynamic and client-focused setting. Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with hospitality or CRM systems is preferred. Prior experience in guest relations or customer service roles is an advantage.
