As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the Company's financial strategy, capital structure, and growth journey.
Role Overview
The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and Board, responsible for leading all aspects of finance, fundraising, investor relations, treasury, compliance, and financial operations. This role requires a leader who can seamlessly transition between boardroom discussions with investors and lenders and the day-to-day execution of finance operations.

Capital Raising & Investor Relations




Debt Financing
Develop and execute Meds Cred's debt capital strategy. Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, family offices, and alternative credit funds. Structure creative healthcare financing products and lending facilities. Negotiate lending agreements, borrowing terms, security structures, and financing covenants. Manage treasury and optimize cost of capital. Equity Fundraising
Lead fundraising activities across Seed, Pre-Series A, Series A, and growth rounds. Manage investor outreach, financial due diligence, and transaction execution. Develop and maintain investor materials including financial models, investor presentations, and data rooms. Support valuation discussions, term sheet negotiations, and transaction closing processes.
