About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager- App User Acquisition to lead our paid acquisition efforts across digital channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to drive high-quality user acquisition, app installs, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on campaign management experience and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Paid User Acquisition
Own the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, affiliate networks, and other performance channels. Plan, launch, monitor,



and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, lead quality, and conversions. Continuously test new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and acquisition channels to improve performance. App Growth & User Acquisition
Drive user acquisition for Amber's mobile applications, with a focus on i OS growth. Develop and execute app-install campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms. Monitor key app marketing metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency. Build dashboards and reports to track acquisition performance and business impact.
