Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Accounting
Lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities across multiple geographies. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including IFRS and local statutory requirements. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. Drive financial accuracy, controls, and governance across all business entities. Global Finance & International Operations
Manage accounting, invoicing, taxation, and compliance requirements across multiple countries. Coordinate with international finance teams, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Ensure seamless financial operations in a multi-country business workplace. Consolidation & Reporting
Handle financial consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and legal entities. Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports. Support leadership with financial analysis, MIS reporting, and strategic insights. Entity Setup & Expansion




Lead the incorporation and financial setup of foreign subsidiaries and overseas entities. Establish finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance frameworks for new international operations. Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and external advisors during entity setup and expansion. Taxation & Compliance
Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters across India and international jurisdictions. Drive tax planning initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage statutory audits, internal audits, transfer pricing, and compliance reviews. Process Excellence & SOP Development
Design, implement, and strengthen finance SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks. Drive process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish scalable finance processes to support organizational growth. Stakeholder Management
