About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Risk Associate to support the Risk Management function by monitoring trading activities, managing client limits and margins, ensuring compliance with exchange and regulatory requirements, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across trading platforms.
The role requires close coordination with Operations, Compliance, Dealers, Exchanges, and Technology teams to ensure effective risk controls and uninterrupted trading operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor daily trading activities, client exposures, margins, and risk parameters across Equity, Derivatives, and Currency segments. Ensure smooth functioning of risk management and trading systems, including ODIN, NEAT, BOLT, and related platforms. Upload and maintain client limits, holdings, margins, and risk parameters in accordance with internal policies. Process client activations, modifications, suspensions, and other risk-related requests. Monitor exchange circulars, restricted securities, ban lists, and implement required system updates.



Manage fund and margin allocations to Clearing Corporations and support client fund movements. Perform SPAN and VAR updates and ensure accurate margin calculations. Monitor shortfall reports, position limits, and risk breaches, escalating exceptions as required. Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Dealers, Exchanges, and Technology teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Support audit, compliance, regulatory reporting, and documentation requirements. Maintain trade backups, risk reports, MIS, and operational records in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
