We are looking for a Minimum 1 year experienced person in Healthcare Industry to join our Healthcare IT team as an Implementation & Support Executive. The candidate will assist in implementing Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS/HIS), provide application support to end users, and help ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementation and configuration of healthcare software (HIMS/HIS).
Support end users (doctors, nurses, MRD, billing, admin) during and after go-live.
Understand hospital workflows and help map them into the system.
Provide first-level application support and resolve basic issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Assist in data validation, user training,



and documentation.
Maintain support tickets and follow up on issue resolution.
Eligibility & Skills:
BCA / B. Sc / MCA passed-out candidate.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Basic understanding of software applications and databases.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proper and professional communication through emails.
Basic understanding of implementation life cycles.
Willingness to learn, travel, and work on-site at hospitals when required.
Basic knowledge of HIS/HIMS, EMR, or healthcare processes is an added advantage.
Experience:
Over all 3-4 year experience (Minimum 1 year in Healthcare)
In Office, Pune, Aundh
Salary 5-6 LPA
