Job Summary:
The E-commerce Growth Executive will own and grow In Body India's D2 C and marketplace business for the In Body Dial product line. The role drives online sales through marketplace management, digital campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and data-driven growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Channel Management
Manage and grow sales across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. Identify and develop recent e-commerce and marketplace opportunities to expand In Body India's online presence. Maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and overall channel performance. Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace account health. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Sales Growth & Marketplace Management
Take ownership of sales targets, revenue growth, and overall business performance of the In Body Dial product line. Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.



Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to improve conversion and online sales performance. Affiliate & Influencer Marketing
Lead affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales. Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, affiliates, and content creators. Coordinate collaboration agreements, contracts, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Build long-term partnerships and evaluate campaign ROI. Analytics & Reporting
Track sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to improve business performance Qualifications & Skills
