Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-backed strategies to improve ROI and achieve KPIs. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance conversion rates. Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with brand guidelines. Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize campaign results.



Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Scope of Work
Performance Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. Channel Optimization: Enhance effectiveness across paid search, paid social, and display advertising channels. Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize audience insights to create targeted campaigns with personalized messaging. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user journeys and optimize landing pages to improve conversion performance. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor campaigns and identify potential growth opportunities. Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and customer insights. Qualifications
