Job title: Finance Manager

What You Will Work On
1. Build and maintain financial models — including revenue models, unit economics, scenario analyses, and cash flow projections — that support strategic decisions.
2. Track, report, and improve Saa S-specific financial metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and gross margin.
3. Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, vendor payments, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
4. Prepare MIS reports and board-ready financial decks; translate financial data into clear business insights for leadership.
5. Partner with the sales and customer success teams to support pricing decisions, contract structuring, and revenue recognition.
6. Lead and mentor the existing finance team, setting standards for accuracy, speed, and business impact.
7. Ensure full compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements, GST, TDS, and other applicable regulations.
8. Support fundraising,



due diligence, and investor reporting as the company grows.
Who We Are Looking For
1. Prior experience in a Saa S company is non-negotiable — you must understand how Saa S businesses are structured and how Saa S metrics work. (Preferably Qualified CA)
2. Demonstrated hands-on experience in FP& A — budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
3. Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets for financial modelling; familiarity with tools like Zoho Books, Quick Books, or similar finance software is a plus.
4. Solid grasp of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit management.
5. Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels — equally at ease reviewing a financial model and approving a vendor invoice.
6. Robust communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
