About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can take ownership of end-to-end video production and visual storytelling. This role goes beyond basic editing — we want someone who understands brand tone, audience behavior, and platform-first content, and can translate ideas into high-quality, engaging visuals.
You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce videos, reels, motion graphics, and multimedia assets across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and deliver high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communication Own the complete post-production workflow — from raw footage to final export Edit short-form and long-form content including reels, promos, explainers, and brand videos Add required multimedia elements such as basic motion, transitions, typography, sound design,



and visual effects Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and quality standards Manage files, assets, and timelines efficiently across multiple projects Suggest creative improvements in storytelling, formats, and edits Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices Required Skills & Experience
1–5 years of professional experience in video editing / multimedia production Strong proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects (for basic motion / enhancements) Photoshop / Illustrator Strong understanding of: Video storytelling and pacing Audio editing and color correction Platform-specific content formats (Instagram, You Tube, Linked In) Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines Good visual sense and attention to detail Clear communication and cooperative mindset Familiarity with social-first and performance-driven content Exposure to
