Key Responsibilities:
This role will focus primarily on catalog management, listing optimisation, operational execution, stock coordination, and marketplace performance tracking to ensure smooth business functioning across all platforms. Daily order processing across D2 C and marketplaces. Creating & managing listings for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashions)
Order management & liaising with third-party logistics partners for delays Keeping a track and processing RTOs & RTVs Offering relevant customer support on platforms and keeping a track of product reviews. Manage and share the catalogue operations reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with in-house team members. Assist your immediate lead in running promotions, offers, ads and sales campaigns Desired Skills / Competencies:
Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any discipline. 1 – 2 years of hands-on marketplace management experience Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Shiprocket. Familiarity with Seller/Vendor Central dashboards Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite High attention to detail and solid follow-up skills Basic understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing SEO
