Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will play a key role in fostering innovation, operational excellence, and a culture centered on customer satisfaction. You will join a dynamic organization where your expertise will directly shape the future of our technology ecosystem.
Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise IT to meet organizational objectives. Oversee and manage the global IT service desk, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across all regions. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals dedicated to excellence.



Drive operational success through measurable KPIs, SLAs, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify business needs and ensure seamless delivery of IT. Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices. Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations efficiently. Champion current technologies, automation, and innovative solutions that enhance the IT service portfolio. Communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and staff about service strategies and performance. Qualifications
