We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Client Servicing – MICE to manage end-to-end client relationships and deliver high-quality MICE events. The role involves handling corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned MICE clients Understand client requirements and translate briefs into actionable plans Manage end-to-end servicing for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and incentive programs Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, production) for flawless execution Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and cost management Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines,



and quality standards Manage on-ground event execution and troubleshoot real-time challenges Build robust client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling Prepare post-event reports and ensure client satisfaction Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills Good understanding of MICE operations and event logistics Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong budgeting and cost-control skills Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and proposal preparation Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events Ideal Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in MICE / corporate events / event agency client servicing Hands-on experience managing corporate clients independently Exposure to conferences, exhibitions, incentive trips, and meetings Strong vendor network is a plus Energetic, proactive, and execution-driven mindset What We Offer
