The role is based at our headquarters in Gurugram, India, with a 5-day work-from-office policy. Overseas applicants are welcome.
About the role
We're looking for a Mid-Level Industrial Designer to join our Industrial Design Team.
In this role, you will design everyday lifestyle and tech products, including power banks, desk mats, desk organizers, tech kits, phone and i Pad accessories, watch accessories, and other related products.
You will work across the full design process, from research and concept development to CMF, sketching, CAD, prototyping, sampling, and supplier collaboration.
You will help design new products while also ensuring consistency in design language, quality, usability,



and functionality across the wider product ecosystem.
What we are looking for
Degree in Industrial Design Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an Industrial Designer after graduation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD tools, and Key Shot Strong user-centered approach to design, with the ability to translate research, insights, and everyday user needs into thoughtful product solutions Robust CMF sensitivity Good understanding of European and US markets, including relevant brands, design styles, trends, product launches, and consumer expectations Ability to create products that feel thoughtful, relevant, and long-lasting, rather than purely trend-driven Experience working with suppliers across sampling and production stages Ability to balance design intent with functional, commercial, and production considerations Strong communication, collaboration, and design storytelling skills across cross-functional an
