We're hiring our first commercial leader to take Helion from early customer traction to a repeatable enterprise sales engine. This is an opportunity to own enterprise sales from first conversation to signed contract.
You'll build pipeline, lead customer engagements, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms,



and close deals with founders, CFOs, HR leaders, and finance teams.
Beyond revenue, your customer insights will directly influence Helion's product roadmap and commercial strategy. What You'll Own
The complete sales lifecycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to negotiation, contracting, and closing enterprise customers. Build relationships with Founders, CFOs, CHROs, Finance Heads, and HR Leaders across startups and mid-market companies. Turn customer conversations into product direction by working closely with the founder. Develop repeatable outbound and inbound sales processes that scale. Own pricing conversations and enterprise negotiations without defaulting to discounts. Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and build long-term partnerships.
