About the Role:
This is a full time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru, India. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned communication assets across digital and print platforms. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing, product, and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, maintain design consistency, and deliver high-quality visual communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design graphics for both print and digital media, including social media creatives, website assets, presentations, brochures, email templates, advertisements, and graphic assets for videos.
● Collaborate closely with the Design Lead and cross-functional teams/members to execute creative concepts and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
● Coordinate with different teams and departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
● Edit and refine designs based on internal feedback and stakeholder inputs.
● Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials.




● Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-driven creative solutions.
● Manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
● 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and Figma.
● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and UI/UX.
● A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of digital and print work.
● Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and direction as well as initiative when needed.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a team environment.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
