We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of television shows, web series, reality shows, films, and digital content projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality standards from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete production lifecycle from pre-production to post-production.
Coordinate with Creative, Production, Technical, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution.
Develop production schedules, resource plans, and project timelines.
Oversee casting, location management, vendor coordination, logistics, and talent management.
Ensure productions are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to quality standards.
Supervise production managers, coordinators,



and department heads during shoots.
Monitor daily production progress and resolve operational challenges proactively.
Manage contracts, permissions, compliance requirements, and production documentation.
Collaborate with directors, writers, and creative teams to translate concepts into executable production plans.
Provide regular project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills
