n: Responsibilities include but are not limited t
o: Support the Manager-Design in conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs for residential construction project s. Assist in developing design concepts that align with project objectives, client requirements, and industry standard s. Aid in the preparation of architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications under the guidance of the Manager-Design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulation s. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and interior designers, to contribute to the integration of architectural designs into project plan s. Assist in making minutes and organizing schedule meetings related to design discussions, project updates, and client presentation s.



Participate in site visits and assessments alongside the Manager-Design to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose solution s. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction to support project outcome s. Assist in reviewing design changes, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timeline s. Learn from and seek guidance from the Manager-Design, contributing to the career development and growth of junior members of the design tea m.
