Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive underwriting and financial analysis of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, refinancing opportunities, and asset management initiatives. Review and analyze property operating statements, rent rolls, tax returns, bank statements, appraisals, tax assessments, and borrower financial information. Evaluate property cash flows, occupancy trends, lease agreements, lease amendments, and tenant credit profiles to assess income stability and investment risk. Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, return analyses, sensitivity analyses, and valuation models. Assess local market conditions, demographic trends,



comparable properties, and economic factors affecting asset performance. Identify underwriting risks and recommend appropriate mitigating factors. Prepare detailed underwriting memorandums and investment summaries for management, lenders, and investors. Collaborate with acquisition, asset management, property management, legal, and finance teams throughout the due diligence and closing process. Participate in meetings with borrowers, brokers, lenders, appraisers, attorneys, and third-party consultants to gather information and support transaction execution. Utilize AI-powered tools and technology platforms to streamline document review, lease abstraction, financial analysis, market research, and due diligence processes.
