Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support the CSR implementation team of large corporates through Y4 D Foundation. This role is a hybrid of donor coordination and highquality project support. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Excel, data management, presentation creation, and documentation. He/She will play a key role in managing large datasets, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a key liaison between the donor and internal teams at Y4 D Foundation. Create professional, well-formatted Power Point presentations, Excel trackers, and Word documents to support program visibility and reporting. Handle large volumes of program-related data with accuracy and efficiency; analyze and present insights clearly. Ensure timely and high-quality reporting,



including narrative and financial reports, MIS, and dashboards. Maintain transparent, well-organized records of all donor-related communication, documentation, and compliance requirements. Support documentation for impact assessments, inauguration events, newsletters, and award submissions. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Development Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, donor relations, CSR project support, or operations in development/non-profit sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel, Power Point, and Word. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize data and narratives effectively.
