As Senior Finance Manager, India, you will oversee and manage all accounting matters, whilst ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will be the finance team leader and a key person in India wide projects as well as instrumental in helping to facilitate a streamlined accounting close cycle.
What will you do ?
Oversee the monthly US GAAP financial close processes, Month-end accounting close responsibilities,
review of flux analysis and accounts reconciliation. Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices and optimal output. Join monthly leadership meeting as the Finance leader, serve as a key contact for cross function communication and cooperation. Oversee the external audit, review and analyze results, and recommend for approval the audited financial statements. Develop and oversee the internal control process to ensure that finance and operations controls and policies are complied with SOX and local regulation requirements. Ensure effective follow-up processes are in place. Provide coaching, guidance, and support, and set career development plans to assist employees in reaching their full potential through the performance management process.
