The role
Own India office operations end to end. Lead operations of the office, build the systems,



and execute on priorities. Serve as the Chairman's point person in India. Anticipate priorities and drive execution across the Chairman's Office so it operates seamlessly across time zones. Implement ways of working for India office. Establish the operating cadences, playbooks, and best practices that future hires will inherit Support India portfolio companies. Act as a connective layer between Guild and founders: coordinating reporting, chasing follow-through on board actions, and taking point on special projects where a portfolio company needs an extra operator in the room. Run point on the India Investment Committee. Own prep, materials, scheduling, and follow-through so every IC meeting is sharp, decisions are captured, and nothing falls through the cracks afterward.
