Company Description: Calculus Carbon is a capital advisory firm working with institutional-grade Nature-based Solutions (Nb S) asset owners in the Global South. We are hired by asset owners to raise different layers of the capital stack against their Nb S assets or holding companies. For mature businesses with established revenue profiles, we structure and execute equity raises at the project company or holdco level. Calculus Carbon is a Temasek portfolio firm, backed by IE Ventures II. We currently work with 35 Natural Capital Funds across the EU, UK and Singapore on the buy side, and hold over 20 active sell-side mandates from institutional asset owners across Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa. Our work spans Afforestation, Agroforestry, Aquaculture, Regenerative Agriculture and Restoration projects. Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Associate, Transactions and Capital. The Senior Associate will own live sell-side mandates end-to-end. The role includes financial modelling, capital stack design,



structured equity and debt raises at project co and holdco levels, due diligence, term sheet negotiation and direct engagement with institutional capital providers. You will work directly with the leadership team and carry your own mandates within six months. Skillsets: - Advanced financial modelling and capital structuring - Live transaction execution experience across equity, structured equity or debt - Strong command of investment banking principles and process discipline - Excellent written and verbal communication, including investor-facing materials - Ability to own mandates independently and operate remotely with global counterparties - Demonstrated interest in climate, sustainability or impact finance is a robust plus Qualifications: - 3 to 6 years of full-time experience at a top-tier investment bank, Big 4 deals practice or top-tier strategy firm (Goldman, JPM, Morgan Stanley, BAML, Credit Suisse, Deutsche, Citi, KPMG Deals, Bai
