At Amaara Botanicals, we're looking for a proactive and accountable Purchase Manager who can drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and uninterrupted supply of nutraceutical ingredients for our growing global business. What You'll Own:
End-to-end procurement of nutraceutical, herbal, botanical and specialty ingredients
Strategic vendor identification, qualification and relationship management
Price negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
Supply planning and inventory management to avoid stock-outs
Coordination with QA/QC, R& D, Production and Regulatory teams
Market intelligence on ingredient trends, availability and pricing
Ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement of nutraceutical, herbal, pharma, or food ingredients
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Understanding of ingredient sourcing, documentation, and quality requirements
Ability to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and drive results independently
