Percept ICE is the Experiential Marketing, Events & Brand Activations division of Percept Limited, delivering large-scale events, activations, corporate experiences, exhibitions, live entertainment and integrated marketing solutions across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Procurement Manager with a solid background in brand activations, events, experiential marketing or on-ground productions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding of event production, excellent vendor management capabilities, commercial acumen and operational expertise in executing projects across multiple cities.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in large marcom agencies having an activations arm, corporate brands dealing in multiple events across the year, activation agencies, event management companies or experiential marketing firms.
Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end procurement for events, activations and experiential projects. Source and negotiate with vendors for fabrication, production, branding, gifting, manpower, logistics, technology, venues and event infrastructure. Possess understanding of event technical, fabrication materials, event production systems, staging, AV, lighting, fabrication processes and on-ground execution requirements. Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across India. Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality, technical feasibility and project timelines. Work closely with servicing, production and operations teams for project planning and execution. Compare quotations, conduct negotiations and finalize commercial agreements. Prepare procurement budgets and maintain procurement trackers/MIS reports. Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and vendor documentation. Monitor vendor performance and maintain compliance sta
