The Senior Manager – Internal Communications will play a transformative role in connecting a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce of tens of thousands of employees across 16 countries to the Group's vision, values, and strategy. You will build the architecture of an engaged, informed, and inspired organization — making every employee feel like a stakeholder in the Group's extraordinary journey of growth and purpose.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and lead the Group's internal communications strategy, fostering a connected, motivated, and values-driven culture across all business units and geographies. Develop and manage a robust portfolio of internal communications channels — intranet, town halls, newsletters, leadership blogs, video messages, email campaigns, digital signage, and mobile communication platforms. Serve as the strategic communications partner to the HR function for all employee-experience initiatives: onboarding, learning & development, performance cycles, rewards & reco
