Role & responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Finance and Accounting as per the approved curriculum and academic framework of the University. Subject knowledge of Company Accounts / Financial Accounting, Cost & Management Accounting, Fundamentals of Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, Business Context of Accounting, Income Tax, Intermediate Cost Accounting, Merchant Banking & Financial Services, Technical Analysis, Commodity Market Operations Engage in curriculum design, development of course material, and continuous improvement of teaching learning processes in alignment with outcome-based education (OBE). Adopt innovative pedagogical practices,



including ICT-enabled teaching, case-based learning, experiential learning, and blended learning approaches. Conduct student mentoring, academic advising, and guidance for internships, projects, research, and career development. Actively participate in institution-building activities, accreditation processes (NAAC/NIRF), academic committees, and quality assurance initiatives. Undertake research, publication, and scholarly activities in reputed journals and contribute to conferences, seminars, workshops, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) as per UGC norms. Collaborate with industry, academic partners, and professional bodies to strengthen academic industry linkages. Support admissions-related activities, including academic counseling, content development, outreach programs, and participation in education fairs.
