Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing for efficient management of client orders and sales activities Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster positive client relationships Excellent Communication skills for clear and qualified interactions with both internal teams and external clients Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment Proficiency in relevant software tools for sales and order tracking Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field is preferred Prior experience in the electronics or automation industry is an advantage
