About the Role: UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and user journeys for web applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to improve product experiences. Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, user-friendly,



and visually appealing interfaces. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to transform design concepts into interactive web experiences. Ensure responsive design and seamless user experiences across devices and browsers. Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities. Contribute to maintaining design consistency and UI standards across products. Qualifications:
Candidates with any of the following degrees will be preferred: Bachelor of Design (B. Des) B. Sc. in UX Design Bachelors in visual communication Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Preferred Certifications (any one of the following):
Google UX Design Certificate Figma Certification Design Boat Portfolio Program Growth School Portfolio Program Additional Preference: Candidates who possess both a relevant degree and at least one of the above
