Job Overview:
As the Communication Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering effective communication channels within the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance internal communication, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the organisation's mission, goals, and activities. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate communication efforts, streamline messaging,



and promote a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans, including strategies, tactics, and timelines, to effectively disseminate information to staff members. Manage all internal communication channels, including email newsletters, intranet, staff meetings, and other platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery of information. Collaborate with department heads and project managers to gather relevant updates, achievements, and announcements for dissemination to the entire organisation. Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
