Role Overview
Confluence Guild Co. is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Fashion Designer who's ready to grow rapid and own a lot. You don't need to have done everything yet — but you need to be the kind of person who figures things out, moves quickly, and takes real pride in your craft. This is a hands-on role where you'll touch every part of the product lifecycle, from first sketch to finished garment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Direction
Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and color palettes. Create detailed sketches and digital renderings for new collections. Explore silhouettes and patterns with a focus on quality and wearability. 2. Technical Design & Tech Packs
Build Tech Packs with measurements, BOM (Bill of Materials), and construction notes. Translate designs into clear technical specifications for factory partners. Work in Adobe Illustrator or CLO 3 D for flat sketching or 3 D renderings. 3. Procurement & Sourcing
Research and connect with fabric suppliers, trim vendors, and manufacturers.



Support negotiations on pricing and lead times to keep production on budget. Maintain an organized swatch and materials library. 4. Sampling & Fit Development
Manage the sampling process from proto to salesman samples. Lead fit sessions and communicate feedback clearly to pattern makers and factories. Ensure the final product stays true to the original design and quality intent. 5. Production Management
Coordinate with manufacturing partners to keep delivery timelines on track. Conduct quality control checks at key stages of production. Flag and help resolve supply chain issues as they come up. 6. Leadership & Mentorship
Help onboard and guide a small team of design interns. Delegate tasks clearly and maintain high output standards. Contribute to building a positive, collaborative studio culture. Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of experience in fashion design, with some exposure to technical design or production. Proficient in Adobe Illustrat
