Manager - Quality Management System
PURPOSE
Manager-QMS,



reporting to the designated manager serves as a business partner to the AISATS – business unit leaders by managing and implementing processes in Operations and ensuring consistencies which support the Mission, Vision and Objectives of AISATS. She/he is also responsible for acquiring certifications for AISATS and thereby maintaining the standards for the same. Manager- QMS interacts with AISATS senior management and staff along with external agencies to define, acquire, measure, monitor and validate AISATS Quality Management System and service standards. Manager- QMS also manages a team of talents who are accountable for delivery of data and information about AISATS.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the department performance from a purely Operational aspect.
Lead, manage and recommend feasible options to reporting manager to ensure that the services provided are consistent, fit for purpose and meet both external and internal requirements; this would include both legal compliance and customer expectations
