Role Description The Project Manager for Residential Interior Fitouts is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for end-to-end management of high-end residential interior projects. This role oversees project planning, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timelines, budgets,



and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring progress on site, conducting inspections, managing material and resource logistics, and resolving issues that may impact delivery. The Project Manager will also handle documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are aligned and risks are proactively managed.
