We're Hiring — Telecalling Executive | Gurugram
At Wingzman Batteries, we're building lithium-ion battery packs powering India's electric mobility revolution — e-rickshaws, e-cycles, and 2 W/3 W EVs. As we scale, we're looking for an energetic, persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our sales team in Gurugram, Sector 18.

What you'll do:
→ Make outbound calls to prospective dealers, distributors, and EV customers
→ Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales




→ Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM / lead trackers daily
→ Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and closures
→ Meet daily and monthly calling targets and conversion goals
Who we're looking for:
→ Graduate in any stream with good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
→ 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales
→ Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
→ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
