Job Title: Senior/Lead – Share Point Administrator
Function: Enterprise Technology Services (ETS)

Key Responsibilities
1. Share Point & M365 Ownership
Administer and govern Share Point Online (and support Share Point 2016/2019 as needed) – sites, permissions, security, taxonomy,



storage, and standards/SOPs. Enable and support Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Share Point Online, One Drive, Stream, Viva, Microsoft Search) and integrations with Power Apps / Power Automate. 2. Migrations, Automation & Operations
Lead migrations from Share Point On‐Prem and shared drives/file shares to Share Point Online / One Drive using Sharegate, including assessment, execution, monitoring, and post‐migration validation. Provide L2/L3 support via ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now, Jira); troubleshoot incidents, perform root‐cause analysis, and close tickets within SLAs. Use Power Shell to automate administration, standardize configurations, and improve performance and reliability across environments. Must‐Have Skills (Top 5)
