OITD Tax Configuration Specialist (Brazil Tax & SAP Integration)
We are seeking an experienced OITD Tax Configuration Specialist with strong expertise in Brazilian taxation, OITD configuration, SAP integrations, and Trans Editor management. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of tax determination processes within the OITD setting.
The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for Brazil indirect taxes and act as the primary liaison between business, tax, IT, and external vendor teams to ensure accurate tax determination, regulatory compliance, and seamless system performance.
Key Responsibilitie
s OITD System Setup & Configuratio
n Lead the setup, configuration, implementation, and deployment of OITD solutions . Configure tax determination processes according to business requirements and Brazilian tax regulations . Ensure successful integration between OITD and SAP ERP environments . Conduct and support testing activities including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT),



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process documentation, and technical specifications . Provide subject matter expertise on Brazilian indirect taxes, including : ICM SIP IPI SCOFIN SIS SOther local tax regulation s Perform impact assessments related to tax changes and business requirements . Serve as the primary point of contact between tax, business, and functional teams .
Troubleshooting & Issue Resoluti
on Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production and testing issues related to tax determination and OITD processin g.
