Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time, remote role for Workday Integrations Senior Consultants/Leads at Ne Xera Technologies. The role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to gather integration requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring secure and reliable integrations are built between Workday and external systems. The role also includes contributing to integration best practices and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in Workday solutions.
Qualifications
Solid experience with Workday Integration and Workday tools (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Raa S) Experience in PECI integrations and third-party payroll connectors or global payroll connectors. Experience with file formats (e.g., XML, JSON, flat files) for HR, payroll,



benefits, and finance integrations Proficiency in integration technologies and patterns, including Integration design, APIs, web services, and data mapping Strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution design. Experience managing multiple concurrent integration projects Ability to coordinate directly with the clients, integration vendors, or other stakeholders, with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, with a sense of urgency and proactivenesss Valuable understanding of Workday HCM and/or Finance modules and related business processes. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, including performance tuning and error handling Workday Integration or related Workday certifications are
