Manage multiple tasks with professionalism and attention to detail What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in calling, voice process, or research/data collection
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with global senior professionals
Strong research, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with night shifts (EST/PST aligned)
