Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage the Sea Export Department across Pan India operations
Handle Sea Export bookings including:
o Break Bulk Shipments
Bulk Cargo
Conventional Cargo
FCL (Full Container Load)
LCL (Less than Container Load)
Coordinate effectively with shipping lines, overseas agents, and international freight forwarders
Negotiate competitive freight rates and long‑term contracts with shipping lines
Maintain strong working relationships with shipping lines and global agents
Ensure strict compliance with shipping line policies and international trade regulations
Oversee customer service, grievance handling, and escalation management
Manage CRM systems , customer retention strategies, and repeat business
Mentor, guide, and develop team members; build future leaders
Achieve revenue targets and organiza
