About the Role
Ideafloats Technologies is looking for a highly driven IT Sales Specialist who can independently own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services and building relationships with decision-makers across global markets. This role requires a strong ownership mindset and the ability to generate business without relying heavily on inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure Generate recent business opportunities through outbound sales activities Build and maintain relationships with founders, CTOs, and business leaders Identify opportunities for AI solutions, custom software development,



and staff augmentation services Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams Negotiate commercial terms and close deals Maintain and manage sales pipeline through CRM and sales tools Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Required Skills & Experience
4 to 6 years of experience in IT Services Sales Proven track record of generating and closing business Experience selling one or more of the following: Custom Software Development AI & Automation Solutions Staff Augmentation Web & Mobile Application Development Strong understanding of outbound sales and lead generation Experience working with international clients is preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with ownership Preferred Experience
Exposure to US, UAE, Australia, or other international markets Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and outbound sales tools Experience working with startups and gro
